Redland Service Call Jorge was awesome! We called him about my new 2019 Dell computer that had malware. He came out and corrected that problem and that began an odyssey of repairs and data recovery requests. My old 2010 gaming computer now FLIES (faster than my 2019 Dell)! My husband’s 2015 Inspiron is running like a charm (it was a paperweight before Jorge got a hold of it). All now have good malware and better virus protection. Jorge was even able to retrieve all my data from our 2002 Tower and 2006 HP laptop (SATA, so not worth upgrading components). We downloaded all files from our computers and two old external hard drives to one small external hard drive. And even if you know a bit about computers, as my husband and I do, Jorge can still teach you a thing or ten. I chose him based on his other reviews and cannot recommend him highly enough. Fast, knowledgeable, travels to your home, and will let you know if a fix is good or a waste of money!

Thank you so much for your help with my MacBook air. The service was excellent and he is very respectful and responsive. He was very helpful and polite and a blessing to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their computers! Great and amazing place!
