I reached out to Pc305. Even though no one pick up the call, they made sure to call me back. I explained to the gentleman the issue I was facing which was my WIFI adapter not functioning . Redland Service Call Jorge was awesome! We called him about my new 2019 Dell computer that had malware. He came out and corrected that problem and that began an odyssey of repairs and data recovery requests. My old 2010 gaming computer now FLIES (faster than my 2019 Dell)! My husband’s 2015 Inspiron is running like a charm (it was a paperweight before Jorge got a hold of it). All now have good malware and better virus protection. Jorge was even able to retrieve all my data from our 2002 Tower and 2006 HP laptop (SATA, so not worth upgrading components). We downloaded all files from our computers and two old external hard drives to one small external hard drive. And even if you know a bit about computers, as my husband and I do, Jorge can still teach you a thing or ten. I chose him based on his other reviews and cannot recommend him highly enough. Fast, knowledgeable, travels to your home, and will let you know if a fix is good or a waste of money!
