    • I called about a Mac book I just brought which was giving me problems he told me how to fix it over the phone and the problem was so minor and he solved it. The company i brought the laptop from didn’t know how to help me just worthless. I like his honesty he could have me bring my laptop in and charge me but he didn’t thank you.
